Nice thoughts on the subject sir. My goal is every email gets a response — save for spam. And every email gets a warm intro like “good morning” or “good afternoon” so the person starts with something triggering their subconscious positively so as to help them be more receptive to my message. Also, everyone loves reading their name in something Mark. That is why I start it with their name and thank them at the end with their name.
