It is great to see your name today. Thank you for taking the time to enumerate your thoughts. They were very insightful and well constructed. I have great respect for you and your work as an entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and Austin leader.

You are spot on with regards to AV. So many times I heard “did AV see this yet?” The outcomes were always the same.

We have had similar experiences working with SFO and Boston firms. They are very progressive and enjoy the battle, no matter the outcome. The key is you have to be willing to fight. That leads them to want to be in the trenches with you next time.

I am excited to see who comes to Austin with a reasonable fund size and a different perspective on funding.

With almost 20 years under my belt in Austin, I love this city. With over 25 years of entrepreneurial ventures under my belt, I love the City.
