Great read as always Venu. It is very important to know the landscape when fundraising — even when you are the VC. :-)

I commend you three for going after it even when AV was unable to raise their latest round. That took a lot of guts (and determination based on the read).

Let’s hope we continue to move toward the renaissance period with Austin’s capital. As the dust of all of the entrepreneurial motion of the last couple years settles, I am certain we will find our right mix of # of startups and # of venture firms.
